Alexander Ridge was Menora Developments' earliest residential subdivision project, located in Highland Park on the Gold Coast. The project established the company's foundational experience in planning approvals, site delivery, and residential construction across a five-year programme

Development Approval was obtained for 86 lots — 73 standard residential and 13 dual occupancy. Menora Developments delivered the full civil works programme and sold all 86 lots in-house. Eleven of those lots were sold with completed residential dwellings, designed and constructed by Menora Developments.
