Brookland Ridge, Beaudesert was a mixed-density residential land subdivision project held and developed by Menora Developments.
Menora Developments obtained Development Approval for 121 lots across three typologies — 95 standard residential lots, 11 dual occupancy lots, and 12 community title (medium density) lots. Thirty-one lots were developed and sold directly. The balance land, carrying a DA for 90 lots, was sold in 2021.
